Welcome to Yield Seeker, a platform that uses AI agents to manage and allocate digital assets transferred by users across decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully. By accessing or using Yield Seeker (“Interface”, “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & User Commitments

By using Yield Seeker, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of using DeFi platforms.
You are not located in, or accessing the Interface from, any jurisdiction subject to U.S., UK, EU, or UN economic sanctions.
You will not use the Interface to conduct or promote unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
You accept the risks involved in using blockchain-based systems and AI-driven financial automation.

2. Overview of the Platform

Yield Seeker:

Accepts transfers of digital assets to isolated Agent Wallets owned by users.
Uses autonomous software agents to allocate those assets across integrated DeFi protocols.
Operates through smart contracts and isolated Agent Wallets owned by users. The platform’s authorized operators can submit only permitted operations; they cannot withdraw assets as the owner.
Makes autonomous allocation decisions based on available market and protocol data and user-selected risk profiles.

You understand and agree that once funds are transferred to an Agent Wallet, the agent may rebalance or redeploy those assets within its permitted strategy and execution controls.

3. No Financial Advice

Yield Seeker does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

All outputs, data, or decisions are informational and algorithmic in nature.
There are no guaranteed returns, and past performance does not indicate future outcomes.
You are solely responsible for evaluating your risk tolerance and understanding the implications of DeFi strategies.

4. Risk Disclosure & Assumption of Risk

By using Yield Seeker, you acknowledge that:

The use of AI agents, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols carries material risk.
These risks include market volatility, protocol failure, smart contract bugs, exploits, and AI misjudgment.
You have sufficient financial and technical knowledge to understand and accept these risks.

You expressly waive and release Yield Seeker from any and all liability related to:

Loss of funds
Platform downtime
Bugs, hacks, data breaches
Unexpected or erroneous AI behavior

You accept that you are solely responsible for your use of the Interface and your deposited capital.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Maintain control over the devices and credentials you use to access the Interface.
Use the platform only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Not interfere with or attempt to compromise platform integrity or security.
Not enable access to the Interface by unauthorized third parties using your devices or credentials.

6. Analytics and Monitoring

We use analytics tools to collect anonymized usage data while you interact with the Interface. This includes information such as:

Technical device details (e.g., browser, screen size, operating system)
Interaction logs (e.g., pages visited, time spent, features used)
Aggregated usage trends

This data is used solely for the purpose of improving platform functionality, performance, security, and user experience. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

By using the Interface, you consent to our use of such analytics in accordance with this section.

7. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion.

All modifications will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Revised” date.
Continued use of the Interface after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, you must immediately stop using the Interface.

8. Platform Control & Additional Rights

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to:

Modify, substitute, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Interface at any time.
Review, filter, disable, or remove content or data at our discretion.
Cooperate with law enforcement or legal authorities in disclosing content or user information.

9. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Yield Seeker is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
Lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
Unauthorized access, hacking, or breaches of security
Errors, bugs, viruses, or interruptions in the Interface
Third-party conduct or protocol failures

If liability is imposed, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid us (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yield Seeker, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Interface
Your violation of these Terms
Any third-party access enabled by your actions or devices

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

We aim to resolve disputes through good-faith, informal negotiations. If no resolution is reached:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue under these laws.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yield Seeker regarding the Interface. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.
