YieldSeeker does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction, agent type, transactions, assets, and personal circumstances.
Keep your records
Section titled “Keep your records”Keep copies of:
- deposits and withdrawals
- wallet addresses and networks
- transaction hashes
- asset amounts and values
- rewards, conversions, and fees
- dates and portfolio history
The app’s history and the underlying blockchain can help you assemble records, but you are responsible for determining whether they are complete.
Ask a professional
Section titled “Ask a professional”A qualified tax professional or your local tax authority can explain how yield, rewards, borrowing, trading, losses, and transfers should be reported where you live.
Do not assume that a future agent type has the same tax treatment as the current Vault Agent.
Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”Only share transaction information and wallet data with a provider you trust. Never share private keys, seed phrases, signature secrets, or API credentials as part of tax reporting.
